Upon successful completion of each Regional Meeting,
you will be sent a certificate in the mail.
Please
allow 2 – 3 weeks for your certificate to arrive.
In
order to renew your licence with the MOE, you must send a photocopy of your certificate
to the MOE as proof of successful completion of each OGWA Regional
Meeting that you attend. Keep all of your original documents in your personal
records; there are replacement costs for these documents, so please handle them
with care.
If
you have moved, check and correct your address with the OGWA registration representatives
on the day of the Regional Meeting. The OGWA is not responsible for incorrect
or missing address information.
If
you do not receive your course certificate following approximately three weeks
of the Regional Meeting date, please contact the OGWA office at 519-245-7194.
