OGWA Regional CEC Meetings 2020

The Ontario Ground Water Association conducts a series of meetings in various regions across the Province throughout the fall/winter of each year. These meetings follow the same agenda and are sponsored by members of the Manufacturers and Suppliers Division of the OGWA. The day is structured for training, information gathering, and industry dialogue, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits (CEC's). Lunch is provided.

Regional Training Credits


The Regional Training meetings are constructed around a format approved by the Ministry of Environment allowing participants to obtain 7 hours of continuing education credit towards the renewal of the Well Technician License. (21 hours must be obtained in the 3 year license renewal cycle)

Courses in 7 locations beginning Jan 7/20:  
Preference is given to members and space may be limited in some areas. Register early. Your Well Technician Licence Number is required and photo ID at the registration desk on arrival. A certificate of verification for completing the course will be provided by OGWA 
on-site upon completion of the training day.

In order to renew your license with the MECP, you must send a copy of your certificate to the MECP as proof of successful completion of each OGWA Regional Training Meeting that you attend. Keep all of your original documents in your personal records.  

There is a $35.00 + HST fee for each Member's certificate copy or $42.50 + HST fee for each Non Member's certificate copy applied/charged for replacement copies.

All participants MUST pre-register. 

Only pre-paid participants will be allowed admittance to the training.
